Return & Refund Policy

  • Customers are only eligible for a return/refund if they raise any issues with the delivered product within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Customers should note that if the outer packaging of the box is damaged “DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY” and “RETURN” the same to the courier saying the product is in damaged condition.
  • Should there be any defects with the actual product such as, customers are expected to:
    • Take and share pictures on support@letspac.in within 48 hours of receiving the product
    • Our team will review the photos and ask you to ship the product back to us in necessary packaging.
    • All return courier charges will be borne by the customer
    • Depending on the damage/defect the customer will have an option of receiving a replacement or a full refund.
    • Any claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained
    • Any claims where the product was damaged by the customer during assembly will also not be entertained. Clear Assembly instructions are provided with each box.
    • Items on sale cannot be returned or refunded
  • All Returns claims will be aimed to answer within 48 hours of receiving a claim request
  • Any refunds will be processed back to your original payment source and it may take up to 15 working days for your refund to go back to your source depending on your service provider
